Terms of Service

GenZ Instant Funded ("we", "us") provides instant funded trading accounts. By creating an account, buying a funded account, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You must not be resident in, or accessing the service from, a jurisdiction where it is prohibited or where we are barred from providing it.
• You are responsible for checking that using this service is lawful where you live, and for any tax you owe on profits.
• You may hold more than one account, but each must be registered in your own name and paid for from funds you own.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and any trading account credentials we issue confidential. Sharing, transferring, selling or renting an account to anyone else is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination without payout.

Give us accurate registration details and keep them current. We may ask you to verify your identity before issuing an account or approving a payout, and we may withhold either until you do.

Prices are shown on the website and are charged once per account, with no recurring fee. Payment is made off-platform using one of the methods listed on your order page — we do not process cards and we never ask for card details.

• You must send the exact amount shown on your order.
• You must use the network stated next to the wallet address. Funds sent on any other network cannot be recovered and are not our responsibility.
• You must upload proof of payment so we can match it to your order.
• Payments are verified manually. We may ask for further information before confirming.

Refunds

Because an account is issued and live from the moment we confirm your payment, purchases are non-refundable once the account has been delivered. If we cannot deliver an account after you have paid — for example if we decline your application — we will refund the amount received, using the same method where possible.

Once your payment is confirmed we issue a live MetaTrader 5 account and send the login details to your registered email address; your password is available on your order page. Delivery is normally quick but is done by hand, and we do not guarantee a specific time.

Every account is subject to the rules published on the Rules and Objectives page, including the daily loss limit, the trailing maximum loss limit, the minimum trading days, and the prohibition on Expert Advisors, high-frequency trading, bots, trade copiers and other automated trading.

Breaching a loss limit closes the account. Using a prohibited trading method, or attempting to manipulate the service, results in immediate termination without payout.

We may change the trading rules. We will give notice by email before changes take effect for existing accounts.

Payout eligibility, profit split and processing are described on the Rules and Objectives page. All payout requests are reviewed by hand against your trading activity, and meeting the minimum requirements does not by itself guarantee approval.

We may reject a payout request, and may withhold profits, where we reasonably believe the rules have been breached or the trading activity was designed to exploit the service rather than to trade a genuine strategy.

We may suspend or close an account, and refuse further service, if you breach these terms or the trading rules, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. You can stop using the service at any time; closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of a fee already paid for a delivered account.

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from platform outages, broker or liquidity provider behaviour, market gaps, latency, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes affecting existing accounts will be notified by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
