Common questions
Is there an evaluation or challenge phase?
No. All accounts are funded instantly. There is no challenge or evaluation process.
Is this a live account or a demo account?
A live account on a real market server. Your orders are filled at real market prices, not simulated.
What are the account loss limits?
A 10% daily loss limit, measured from the higher of your starting balance or equity, and a 40% trailing maximum loss. Once you reach 10% profit the trailing drawdown locks at your initial balance.
Are there any consistency rules?
None. One strong day will never be held against you, and there is no requirement to spread profit evenly across the month.
Is there a minimum trading day requirement?
Yes — four trading days before your first payout. A day counts when at least one trade is opened and closed, and they do not need to be consecutive.
Can I use Expert Advisors (EAs)?
No. EAs, HFT, trading bots, trade copiers, scripts and any automated trading are prohibited, and an account found using them is terminated without payout.
Is news trading allowed?
Yes. You can trade through economic releases with no blackout windows.
Can I hold trades overnight or over the weekend?
Yes. Overnight and weekend holding are both permitted, subject to normal swap charges.
How do I receive my account?
Your MetaTrader 5 login, password and server are emailed to you, and also appear on your dashboard under the order.
How long does account delivery take?
Usually under fifteen minutes once we confirm your payment. You will see the order move to Active on your dashboard.
How do I make a payment?
We accept Binance Pay, USDT (TRC20) and USDT (BEP20). Place your order from the dashboard and we send the payment details — check the network carefully before sending.
How do I submit payment proof?
Attach your receipt or transaction reference to the order on your dashboard. Our team reviews it and confirms the order from there.
How do payouts work?
Request a payout from your dashboard once you have completed four trading days. Your first payout is a 50% profit split, rising to as much as 80% based on performance.
How long does payout processing take?
Approved requests are usually sent within one to three business days, depending on your withdrawal method.
What happens if I violate a trading rule?
The account is closed and open positions are flattened. You are welcome to purchase a new account whenever you are ready.
Can I purchase multiple accounts?
Yes. There is no cap on how many accounts you hold, and each one carries its own limits and payout schedule.
Can I reset my account after failing?
Accounts are not reset. Because there is no evaluation to repeat, you simply buy a fresh account and start again.
Can I trade any instrument?
Anything your MetaTrader 5 account offers — forex, metals, indices, commodities and crypto pairs.
